If you need to make any changes to your order (flavours, delivery address, etc.) please do so at least 24 hours before your delivery date.
Any changes made after this time may not be able to be accomodated.

Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered next day unless you specify a different date for delivery.
Deliveries start at 9AM each day.
Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time for delivery as Melbourne is a very busy city with unpredictable traffic conditions!
Absolutely, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone present to accept the delivery on the gift recipient’s behalf. Our couriers are instructed to:
- Ring the doorbell
- Call the phone number if there is no answer to the doorbell
- Leave it with a neighbour or in the safest place they can find if there is no answer to the door or phone call.
- If our drivers are directed to a loading bay, we cannot accept responsibility for how the doughnuts are handled as it is then out of our control.
- If you provide an international phone number, our courier will not be able to ring it. A phone number must be provided to maximise delivery success.
- We retain records for proof of delivery (signature / photograph), and are exempt from any liability or responsibility for losses or damage arising from parcels being left unattended in the event that the courier was unable to reach the recipient at the provided address or phone number.
To give us the best chance of successfully delivering your order, please provide clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing your order and we’ll take care of the rest. We recommend you use a business address with a receptionist if the recipient is not likely to be home.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or insufficient, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss experienced. e.g. items delivered to the incorrect address / unable to be delivered. Please double check the address and phone number you provide to avoid such issues.
Redelivery on the same day will not always be possible. In case of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you forfeit the funds spent on that particular transaction including the donuts, any add ons and delivery costs.
Whilst we do our best to adhere to the delivery schedule promised to you at the time of purchase, we use external couriers for our deliveries, and situations occasionally arise which are beyond our control resulting in slight delays. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure that your donuts arrive on time.
If you have any additional information or special requests e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’, you will be given the opportunity to add this during the checkout process under “order notes”.
